Growing Young Gracefully

Time travels faster than anything else, if we convert this to that equivalent to light matters in space-time zone. Then, the `self' right within remains without a single change or alteration.

We are changing from the external point of view only, nevertheless. But then, we are getting pretty much worried as the number increases each year. How we looked like at the age six and comparing them with present day, do pounce a heavy punch that hurt for the unprepared.

What goes up and never comes down? Yes! Very true, Age.It sure does matter to us to understand that ``age'' is time attached word dreaded by most.

You ask a young man or gal, they will sheepishly reply their age. Middle age person will reply in a discreet or slower tone manner. Past fifty years of age, well, don't mention at all, believe they may prefer if they could remain younger than what they are!! Peter Pan of a sort.

In that sense, yet we wished to think our ability to stay healthy and be joyous in life is served on a golden plate handed over easily without a dime spent. That could never be true at all.Growing young (opposite of older) is an art we need to learn and practice throughout our living days.
Growing young gracefully is the right attitude, I reckon. Alleviates our stressful mind and grasp the understanding that aging is a wonderful process of transformation, rather than a dreaded experience one need to go through.
Transforming from one state to another state, be it physical or mental.
Gurudeva, my spiritual master always reminds us to take with stride and boldly face it with love and understanding for the ''soul'' does not know the age. It doesn't have one either, everlasting, omnipresent, indestructible and without form (in intrinsic sense).
Just be in the joyous formation, creating positive attitude and vibration along the journey called life; seeking to understand the purpose and meaning of existence. As the process moves rapidly from on stage to another, we just try to improve our self, character, refining whatever we could or possibly think off.
We should extend our hand in creating the place we are in to be bright, nice, beautiful and charming. We try to sprinkle magical dust called ''seva'' or selfless service without thinking of reward or personal gain.
Every positive action creates an equal reaction which returns to the doer without fail.(equally true also if do the other way round - negative action creates ''papa'' seeds) It's a law that can never be disputed.
So, every good deed merits good ''punya''; planted seeds that grows to give a bountiful harvest (having better life) in the future.Nothing lost by growing young, just plenty of gains.
Therefore, don't be frightened to grow young! Just move on and you and I will reach our destination one day...Stay young always....( I am singing Sir Cliff Richard's ever green song, The Young Ones )
