Reflection

Whether we're surrounded by what we coined the word "good people" or "bad people", these people are just reflection of our own-self at one point of a life time or cycle. We need to remove or move away from stereotyping people whom we perceive not to our standard.

If we can teach, by all means do it. If we can guide, proceed with confidence. Otherwise we can always remain "summa iru"(remain still); send inner light as prayer offerings to a-peace our own soul.

Encouragement using right words is better than using philosophical approach or reverse psychology thinking the intended recipient understands on the conveyed messages.

Listen to Your Heart Beat - 1

The Good God has many ways to put a brake in your life. He stops you from running your life aimlessly. Off a sudden when life jerks and swings disproportionately, hands of God swings into action and you could hear Him whispering,"Turn in and listen to your heart beat"

Once we're aware of the heart beat, life comes alive. Each beat counts. Each sound speaks! The murmur of heart draws life pattern at present and future. Do you live life joyously?

Never mind that the past dictates what and how we're faring now. Important point is heart beat represents wholesomeness of body and mind.

Recently, I've was warded for a suspected mild heart-attack. The pain was nevertheless could be felt moving along the heart and towards back of arm. Quickly admitted to General Hospital. The first ECG was of no issue, but doctor insisted me for a second ECG at the trauma centre as the machine is more accurate.

Yes! The reading was quite consistent for a typical heart attack!!. "You are not going back home today",  attending Indian doctor said firmly.

"Wow! Me heart attack!?" hmm

Cool, no choice when doctor said I've to be admitted immediately for further test. My Heart took a knocking again, exactly almost a year after warded on my birthday day at Kulai Hospital last year, and now this!!

"Rest time comes again", I chuckled to friend of mine who came to support me.

Now, the heart sprung into forefront of my attention. Too much paying attention to the mind but forgotten about the overworked heart until the heart strikes back!
It pricks to its core. The pain is "sweet" but sours my face, I have to grimace in pain but still manage to smile. Trying to regain my choppy inner mood.

I could listen to my heart beat clearly now and that means I am still alive....(con't)

Drought 2014

It has been a real glut in the weather for the pass few months. Scorching sun dries up fast the green lungs of lush Malaysia's tropical climate which receives one of the highest rain falls in the world.

Dry spell isn't going to move away any time soon. Seremban's water reserve  now in critical stage followed by other states as well. Water ration in the pipeline any time soon?

Unusual draught causes sporadic bush fires, compounded with public's lackadaisical attitude when they indulge in direct open burning.

The most busiest department is Civil Defence's Fire Department. Their round the clock standby and rushing to doze off many raging bush fires around town was so evident when the brigades sirens can be heard almost on a daily basis. The often disquiet department now springs out alive to be our hero to cool off fire sparks.

Even animals and birds to felt the heat quite hard to stand. Flock of crows took deep on a pool of water made by rotating  host meant to water large grass field affront Klebang beach, Melaka.

However, "ice-kacang", "chendol", fruit juice sellers and cool drinks vendors are having brisk sales. In-law introduced me to a tasty "Lou Hoon Kua" drink sold by a famous local street vendor near Melaka city. I don't mind having the "cawan panas" LHKto quench my thirst before heading to another famous bean curd stall for ginger-brown sugar bean curd. By the way the ginger is from Seremban!!
