The ironic of life & facing a hypocrite person

It's a fascinating and unpredictable life. Somewhat we thought we are in control of our body and destiny. How ironic we encounter the worst of human species able to live a good and disease free life as compared to the opposite soul who values every creation as an extension of him/herself but inflict pains and suffering others can't fathom. In religious beliefs they explained this conditions due to past karma, God's test and etc. Who knows better than nature. Just take it as nature's way of teaching us the value of life encompasses beyond physical senses and associated feelings.
There are far worst condition people than we are. Handicapped, blind, incomplete limbs, deaf and dumb, mentally changed, down syndrome, gender deformation and many more. We don't have other choice than be grateful whatever present conditions dictates our ability or condition. Thanking the unseen force that we may call God, almighty, or any other names according to one's belief system. Do belief that all our good deeds and action brings positive returns sometime in any of our present or future lives. Hidden powerful nature knows when and how to rewards it's earthly helpers or healers at the right time. Keep being the instrument of God helping anyone and living beings because He knows who can be His helper without Him being present. No matter what just be cheerful and be in joy.
I have met people who are highly religious and spiritual. So disciplined and practice rituals like performing and observing strict fasting, all the religious important day and dates, going for spiritual pilgrimages, retreats and body pain inflicting vows/ pledges but shows no feelings towards other living creatures, fellow human beings lesser status condition than them. They chase away beggars in front of their house gate, they pour litters of milk away in the name of glorifying and paying homage to their Gods but resent hungry destitute. Turn face away seeing poor guy in tattered clothes.
They sing soothing songs praising Lords and Gods like no other but no qualms using hurtful words to others they feel not happy or offended. Easily fall to angers, revengeful etc. High religious’ knowledge but in practice do everything opposite as compared to those who do it without all those hypocrisy tendencies and fake identity. These hypocrites are likely to gain motivation from a desire to look good, more than an internal desire to satisfy personal goals. This stems from feeling of insecurity as a result of selfishness. I value those with humanistic touch in their deportment.
What choice we have to face such people in life? We can avoid meeting such people in our life. Learn to identify such people and be more conscious, taking note by avoiding their destructive character overshadowing you to minimise damage. These are some tips on how to life with such people around you:
Ignore everyone and act only based on your own moral compass, avoid condemning others, identify context and how it changes the way you think, listen to your cognitive dissonance, Reserve judgment until you've actually experienced something, practice integrity, never make promises, Don't overly trust your friends.
