      Fruits and vegetables are nutritious food for breaking the fast in the morning. The first thing in the after getting-up, soon after refreshing (brush teeth and bath), I'd blend few fruits or a combination of fruits and vegetable(s); fill the empty stomach. The organs loves this smoothie!
